It is the company's own EDGAR index, so it also holds filings third parties made about it (SCHEDULE 13G, Forms 3/4/5, UPLOAD). Each entry carries the accession number, form, dates, 8-K items, XBRL flags, size and sec.gov links. Use when: List every 8-K on this ticker's EDGAR index this year, with links to the documents.
