Observed outcomes
Sgarbossa 1996 GUSTO-1 criteria for evolving AMI in left bundle-branch block: caller-assigned concordant ST elevation ≥1 mm (5), concordant ST depression ≥1 mm in V1–V3 (3), and discordant ST elevation ≥5 mm (2). Max 10. Score ≥3 had ~90% specificity in the derivation. Deterministic published score with citation; not a diagnosis, not the Smith modification, and magent does not read the tracing.
